Introduction
Welcome to our discussion forum. Our Participation Guidelines (“Guidelines”) can be found here, including reporting procedures for offensive or unsuitable comments. By participating in this discussion Forum you confirm your agreement to adhere to these Guidelines. If you do not agree to these Guidelines you should not access this Forum. We may change these Guidelines from time to time by updating this page so you should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 8 February 2008. These Guidelines should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use, Terms & Conditions of Sale and Privacy Policy.
Posting comments
Please note that Name and Email address are required although your email address will not appear with your comment. If you choose to enter the address of your website (its “URL”), the Name you choose to display will be linked to that website (URL).
Guidelines
We are committed to ensuring this community is welcoming, inclusive and safe, and that it encourages intelligent, open discussion and exchange of ideas. We request that you support this commitment by adhering to the Guidelines listed on this page.
You agree not to make comments that:
- Contain defamation
Are, or could reasonably be considered as abusive, offensive, sexual in nature, racist, sexist, homophobic or inciting hatred
Promote or attempt to promote commercial services
Use exclusive language or other jargon which may not be readily understood by the majority of participants
Identify any individual by name or by implication
You agree to comment:
On the issue under discussion only, not on any person contributing to the discussion, or on the beliefs, race, religion, gender or sexual orientation of any person contributing to the discussion.
Thoughtfully. This is a public forum, and you should not express in it any comments you may be unhappy about being available to you or anyone else at any time in the future.
Sensitively. You understand that, despite your best efforts, you may be misunderstood and another participant may interpret your contribution in a way other than that you’d intended.
You accept that:
- We reserve the right to remove comments that are:
- Not furthering the debate or are irrelevant in any way
- Offensive, aggressive or rude or which may be considered so
- Excessively long. Long discussions or messages may be removed or edited at the moderator’s discretion.

- Whilst there are technology measures in place to help us identify spam some may occasionally slip through

In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures. Nevertheless, you accept that we cannot guarantee 100% security or protection against hackers or others with malicious intent, and that we accept no liability which may be deemed to arise as a result of any breach of security of this site.
- We are not liable under any circumstances for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage whatsoever as a result of any posting on this Forum or for any participation in this Forum

Moderation

- If a comment or discussion gets long, our moderator may leave a comment suggesting that the discussion or a branch of the discussion be restarted elsewhere
- From time to time our moderator may join a discussion to forward the debate.
Reporting abusive offensive or unsuitable comments
Email discussion_admin@debrawhite.co.uk with the details of the comment. Please include details of the author of the comment, and the title of the post to which it was attached.
